2. Products
The products offered for sale are screen printing made by ORGANIC CREATIVE STUDIO. Each product is described in detail on the site, including its essential characteristics. The photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible but do not commit the company.
3. Orders
Orders are made directly on the website. The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when ordering. ORGANIC CREATIVE STUDIO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. ORGANIC CREATIVE STUDIO reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of orders.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via a secure platform. The order is considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the banking payment centers.
6. Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and availability of the products. ORGANIC CREATIVE STUDIO cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to force majeure.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Intellectual property
All elements of the site, including texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, are the exclusive property of ORGANIC CREATIVE STUDIO. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of ORGANIC CREATIVE STUDIO.
9. Personal data
The information collected during the order is necessary for the management of the transaction and the improvement of the services. In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law and the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him. 10. Applicable law
